Upcoming Performances of Music by DM Student Tyler Taylor
Tyler Taylor's sinfonietta Encompass has been chosen for performance during the 2017 University of Louisville New Music Festival. He will also be traveling to Louisiana State University to perform in the premiere of his piece some notes," a commission by the Allumer Horn Quartet. Alumnus Benjamin Taylor Receives Premiere at Bellingham Festival of Music
Benjamin Dean Taylor's Aurum Tetra: Concerto for String Quartet and Orchestra was premiered on July 1 by the Calidore String Quartet and the Bellingham Festival of Music Orchestra (Bellingham, Washington). This work was funded in part by a generous grant from the Barlow Endowment for Music Composition at Brigham Young University.
