The American Music Center and American Composers Forum
School Membership ProgramIn 2007, Indiana University's Composition Department took part in an unprecedented school membership pilot program with two national organizations known for promoting new music. Through this program, every faculty member and student within IU's Composition Department, joined two vibrant communities of artists and professionals that provides their members with a wide range of significant benefits and essential services of each organization. This program will serve as a vital link between academic life and a career in music connecting schools and students with composers, performers, educators, industry professionals, and patrons. Upon enrollment into IU's Composition program, each new and current student will automatically have complete access to all the membership benefits these two organizations offer!
