Auer Concert Hall
- Recital Times: Mon-Fri at 5p, 8p. Sat-Sun at 2p, 4p, 6p, 8p.
- Additional times for Spring semesters: Sat-Sun 12p.
- Available Equipment: Auer Concert Hall is equipped with a projector screen, built-in PC, laptop connection (VGA only), blu-ray player, microphones and sound.

Ford-Crawford Hall
- Recital Times: Mon-Fri at 5p, 7p, 8:30p. Sat-Sun at 1p, 3p, 5p, 7p, 8:30p.
- Additional times for Spring semesters: Mon-Fri 10p; Sat-Sun 11a, 10p.
- Use of percussion has restrictions: no percussion keyboard instruments or timpani. Please contact Percussion Technician Joel Castro at joelcast [at] iu [dot] edu for details.
- Available Equipment: Ford-Crawford Hall is equipped with a projector screen, laptop connection (HDMI and VGA), sound and microphones.

- If you are giving your recital in another location and want to know what equipment is available, please email musicits [at] indiana [dot] edu.
- If you are giving your recital in another location and you are DM or AD, please be aware that JSoM will not provide recording services to you. You are responsible for submitting a quality recording to the music library once your recital is completed. Please submit two CD copies of your recital, along with two copies of the program, to the attention of Chuck Peters, Music Library Cataloging.
Equipment/Keyboard Instrument Requests
- Requests for piano, chairs, stands and podium can be made by submitting an online recital setup request when scheduling your recital.
- Requests for harpsichords or organs must be done through the Piano Shop located in Music Annex 067.
